Ā I can not say I was inspired by something. I have liked football statistics for as long as I can remember and always wanted to create something like this. Many years ago, before the Internet, I updated stats in a notebook, live, listening to the radio. You can not imagine how it is to recalculate the standings after each goal, but it was funny and useful in a way. It helped me develop rapid mental calculations. LOL
When did you start developing CGMBet, and how has it evolved over time?
As I said, I have always had it in mind, but I kept making excuses not to start. I preferred to use existing software, but after one of my favorite tools shut down, I had no option but to build my own.
At first, I was not very experienced in programming, but after a few months, I presented my “masterpiece” on a local forum. It had success, and some users introduced it to an international audience, leading me to rewrite it in English. Initially, it was free, and I was extremely open to new ideas. I loved working on the project, adding features in less than 24 hours upon request.

The biggest challenge was my lack of experience in programming and promoting it. Many errors happened in the early stages, and users gave up quickly. I also made mistakes in promotion, getting banned from forums for what I later realized was spamming.
Another recent challenge is convincing new users to give it a chance. Many are intoxicated by the ā100% winningā strategies they see online. Itās difficult to convince them to think differently and be creative in their trading approach.
Did you ever feel like giving up? What kept you going?
